IN-PERSON MOVEMENT SESSIONS

Movement personified - each session is designed to address your body specifically. Movement shows both your strengths and weaknesses. Andria uses movement to evaluate your body's balance of strength, flexibility and function to help you improve your functionality. Whether your goal is pain-relief, performance enhancement or general wellbeing, movement is your medicine! (These sessions can be done in-studio or online.)
